My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean, though a bit pricey for what they offer. The service was excellent from the hotel staff to the dining team. The location is superb, right in the heart of Newport, allowing easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was good, especially at Forty 1 North. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel rooms were clean, well taken care of, and felt like home with the beautiful fireplace during the cold months. However, some snacks or candy in the rooms could have enhanced the experience. The service, from the preliminary booking calls to the interactions with the staff, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was great, offering the opportunity for lovely walks even in winter and being ideal for access to shopping, sailing, dining, and scooter rentals.

The special touch of a balcony overlooking the harbor and a fireplace made it even more phenomenal. The drinks and food were top-notch too.
